The Virginia Cardiac Services Quality Initiative (VCSQI) is thrilled to remind you of the ongoing nomination process for the esteemed Collaborator of the Year Award. After our announcement last December, we are now ready to honor the extraordinary efforts of our members through this inaugural award.
Who Can Be Nominated?
Every member and member institution of VCSQI is eligible. We believe in the diverse expertise and valuable experiences our members bring. This award is a chance to recognize someone who has exemplified dedication, shared knowledge, and led initiatives that resonate with our mission.

What Does the Award Entail? The honoree will receive:
A custom plaque, commemorating their outstanding contributions.
A feature in our newsletter and on the VCSQI website, highlighting their achievements.
For institutions, a $1,000 scholarship towards next year's membership dues.
Deadline for Nominations Please submit your nominations by December 31. This is more than just an award; it's a celebration of the spirit of collaboration that drives our community forward.
Announcement of the Winner The winner of the Collaborator of the Year Award will be announced at our Spring Quarterly Meeting. It will be a moment of pride and joy for the entire VCSQI community.
